Speech Sound Disorders
To assist individuals if others are having difficulty understanding what they're saying. This can include therapy in correctly producing sounds (articulation), organizing and using sound patterns within speech (phonology), and motor speech disorders.
Receptive & Expressive Language
To assist individuals in understanding what they hear and/ or read and in communicating their wants, needs, thoughts, feelings, and ideas.
Social/ Pragmatic Language
To assist individuals in using language in different social situations to communicate effectively.
Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
To assist individuals in using picture supports, speech generating devices, and/ or other tools to communicate.
Family Consultation
To assist families in supporting communication development at home, for AAC device programming, to explain the Special Education process in public schools in Massachusetts, etc.
